Why Join Rotary?

People join Rotary for many different reasons.  Could one of these be your reason?

You see a need in your community and wonder how you can help

Rotary is a service club. Its product is serving. Rotarians provide community service to both local and international communities. This is perhaps the best reason for becoming a Rotarian: the chance to do something for somebody else and to sense the self-fulfillment that comes in the process and return of that satisfaction to one's own life. It is richly rewarding.

You want to use your professional skills to help others

All Rotarians bring with them a level of professional skills that can be used to help other members or used to help others.

You want to connect with other service-minded professionals

Rotary was founded on fellowship, an ideal that remains a major attraction of membership today. Club members enjoy the camaraderie with like-minded professionals, and club projects offer additional opportunities to develop enduring friendships. Rotary club members who travel have friendly contacts in almost every city in the world.
